Follow-Up Services
Because each child grows and develops over time and demands of school change each year, we know that new questions and learning issues may arise. Therefore, families will have access to Success in Mind clinicians who can adjust the Learning Plan or give advice on next steps as needed.
Follow-up services are available to families after implementation support is completed.
